In June 2003, The FocalPoint Group surveyed more than two dozen North American innovators of M2M technologies, accounting for approximately 23 million current deployments. Their research revealed that these innovators foresee a 40 percent growth rate in their customers' device deployments over the next 18 months, and over 60 percent of these innovators anticipate over 50 percent growth in their revenues in the next six months.
