AIRDESK First to Make Data-Only Pricing Available
to the Machine-to-Machine Marketplace

PHILADELPHIA, PA and BEDMINSTER, NJ, March 13, 2003 - Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless carrier and a leader in mobile data, today announced that it has named AIRDESK Inc., an international distributor of telemetry and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) wireless data solutions, as a National Master Agent for Verizon Wireless 1XRTT high-speed data Express NetworkSM services. AIRDESK is the first provider of telemetry services based on Verizon Wireless' new data-only pricing plans.

M2M wireless telemetry consists of the transfer of data over a wide-area, wireless network between two or more non-mobile or mobile machines.
