iStream Data Services Will Complement Enterprise, Channel Offerings

Orlando, FL., March 18, 2002 (CTIA Wireless 2002, Booth 5882), Airfinity LLC today announces it has been selected by VoiceStream Wireless, one of the largest wireless service providers in the United States, to serve as an Authorized Master Dealer for selling VoiceStream wireless data services in its markets. Airfinity ranks among the first nationwide Master Dealers for this leading wireless carrier.

The contract provides Airfinity with an additional revenue opportunity for selling wireless services, including VoiceStream's iStream wireless data network that enables Email and access to the Internet from a mobile laptop or personal digital assistant (PDA). The general packet radio service (GPRS) is ideally suited to Airfinity's corporate customers.

Airfinity will leverage its wireless data expertise and VoiceStream's superior wireless data technology to deliver unique and creative bundled solutions to Airfinity's corporate enterprise customer base.
